Nagano Campus is located in Nagano Prefecture, the center of Japan. Tokyo Campus is located in Ryogoku, Tokyo. Ryogoku is a 10-minute train ride from Tokyo Station, a 20-minute train ride to Shinjuku, and a 5-minute train ride to the world-famous Akihabara. Near Ryogoku are Asakusa, Ryogoku Kokugikan (famous for sumo wrestling), Edo Tokyo Museum, etc. You can also walk to Tokyo Sky Tree, which was built in 2012.
