Students wrote essays about "Typical Fast Foods in My Country　 Mongolian students wrote about Bauzu and Khushuur, and Vietnamese students wrote about banh mi Chinese students introduced roger mou (Chinese-style hamburger) and hot pot, and Russian students introduced blini (Russian crepe). Some students told us that they made them by themselves and others told us that they made them with their families in their home countries and served them when guests came over.
